The service selected

The date and time
-
The location, if provided

Any cancellation or rescheduling rules
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation or once Dave confirms the booking directly.

5. Enquiries and consultations
Some services may require an enquiry or consultation before a full booking is accepted. This may include personal training, group training and triathlon coaching.
This allows Dave to understand your goals, availability, experience, fitness level and any relevant health or injury considerations before recommending the most suitable option.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a booking.

Payment may be required:
-
At the time of booking
-
Before the session

On the day of the session
-
By another arrangement agreed with Dave
Where online payments are available, they may be processed by Wix or a third-party payment provider. Boxfit does not normally store your full card details.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling by you
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give as much notice as possible.
The following cancellation policy applies unless different terms are clearly stated at the time of booking:
-
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled or refunded where applicable.
-
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may be non-refundable.
-
If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session may be treated as used and no refund may be given.
-
Late arrival may reduce your session time and may not entitle you to a refund or extension.
For classes with limited spaces, late cancellations and no-shows may prevent another client from attending, so please cancel as early as possible if you cannot make it.
Please replace the notice period above with the cancellation period Boxfit intends to use.
8. Cancellations or changes by Boxfit
Boxfit may need to cancel, reschedule, relocate or change a session due to reasons such as:
-
Weather conditions
-
Illness or injury

9. Weather and outdoor sessions
Some Boxfit sessions may take place outdoors.
Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather, ground conditions, light, safety concerns or other environmental factors.
Boxfit may decide to continue, adapt, relocate, postpone or cancel an outdoor session where necessary.
Clients should wear suitable clothing and footwear for the session and weather conditions.
