No. Boxfit is suitable for different fitness levels, and Dave can help you choose the right starting point.
Which sessions can I book online?
Circuit classes, morning circuits and running sessions are best suited to online booking. Personal training, group training and triathlon coaching are better as enquiries first.
Can beginners join circuit classes?
Yes. Sessions are designed to be welcoming and adaptable, so you can work at a level that suits you.
