Founder-led fitness since 1997.
Dave Coard founded Boxfit in 1997 and has spent many years helping people improve their fitness, confidence and consistency through practical, encouraging coaching.

His approach is personal from the start. Dave takes the time to understand each person’s goals, fitness level and lifestyle, then helps them train in a way that feels challenging but achievable.

From one-to-one personal training to group circuits, running sessions and endurance coaching, Dave brings energy, experience and genuine care to every session.

Built from boxing-inspired fitness into a trusted local community.
Boxfit began with boxing-inspired fitness and circuit training, bringing together energy, discipline and a strong sense of teamwork.

Over time, it has grown into a broader fitness community, offering personal training, group classes, running sessions and coaching support for a wide range of goals.
