Sunday mornings are for lay in's right? Wrong! At Boxfit we're up bright and early and raring to go.
This Sunday morning Boxfit members met up at Telegraph Hill to push themselves to the limit with a running session like no others they've done before. Telegraph Hill is enough to make any runner shudder at the thought. These brutal hills are not for the faint hearted, but they were no match for my amazing team of Boxfitters.
3 seperate hill reps with drills in between to push their bodies to the limit and every single member smashed it, I'm proud of you all.
Well done to all that joined us, remember it doesn't matter how fast or slow you run, you could have stayed in bed but you didn't, you showed up and you pushed yourselves to make your minds and bodies fitter, great effort.
