Summer can only mean one thing for all us Boxfitters... The return of open water swimming!
We have moved location to a lovely local river. We have done a few test runs and ensured that the water is clean and safe to swim in and are now ready for you all to join us.

We had our first group swim yesterday, with a number of Boxfit members coming along for a nice swim and then a 10k run. Boxfit member Harry joined us for the first time swimming in open water and did a great job. As he was new to open water swimming we ensured that he had a float attached to him and we are near by at all times in case of any difficulties.
