Boxing Saves Lives! My Story

I was recently interviewed for the James Campbell Collective on the subject of Boxing Saves Lives.

I loved taking part in this and getting the opportunity to tell my story about how I got into Boxing way back in the beginning, and the positive impact Boxing had on my life from that moment on.

Many people who know me, know that I'm an advocate for exercising to keep mentally healthy as well as physically, and this interview gave me the chance to talk about just how much of an impact Boxing or indeed any fitness can have for you.

If you have a bit of time on your hands, please do head over and have a watch to find out more about my story. If you're debating getting into Boxing or any sporting activity I urge you to go for it, thinking about it is one thing but taking the leap is key, and believe me, when you leap you won't look back!
