Boxfit Fly Through Caldecotte for 10K Event
Boxfit members took to the great outdoors bright and early this morning to challenge themselves to a 10k run around Caldecotte Lake.
It was a great morning thanks to Boxfit members who took part and helped out at such an early hour. Results are in and displayed below, Well done to everyone who took part.
As is only fit for any Boxfit event, all runners were challenged to complete press ups at the end of the race!! As always I'm very proud of you all, and have to say a huge thank you to all those who turned up to support runners or help out.
