Lockdown challenge 2 - this weeks challenge involves increasing your mileage by 1 mile each day for 5 days (so 5 miles on the 5th day) Day 1 - 1 mile Day 2 - 2 miles Day 3 - 3 miles If you want to challenge yourself further you can go up to 7 days with the 7 day challenge instead.
